Program Description

Performative Strength is the evolution of your fitness training—merging the best of our former Upper Body Fit, Lower Body Fit, and Total Body Fit programs into one high-impact, performance-focused experience. This powerhouse program targets every major muscle group through smart, progressive strength training, functional movement, and conditioning circuits. Whether you’re looking to build lean muscle, move better, or boost endurance, Performative Strength delivers a full-spectrum workout designed to help you perform at your peak.


Elements of the program:

  • Upper Body Fit: This dynamic program combines targeted strength training, functional fitness exercises, and conditioning to sculpt and strengthen your upper body. Develop powerful arms, shoulders, back, and core while improving overall fitness. 
  • Lower Body Fit: This program focuses on building strength, power, and endurance in your lower body. Through a combination of strength training, functional exercises, and targeted conditioning, you'll develop strong legs, glutes, and core.
  • Total Body Fit: This high-energy program combines cardio, bodyweight exercises, and light weights for a full-body workout. Total Body Fit is designed to improve your cardiovascular health, build strength, and increase your overall fitness level.
